Delayed Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days, please contact us. We are committed to investigating the case and, if applicable, will offer an immediate solution or a free reshipment.

Undelivered Packages

 If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond Retroworld Arcade's control (incorrect address, recipient not available, or package refusal), the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs if they wish to receive the order again.
