Processing Time

All orders placed through Retroworld Arcade go through a preparation and verification stage before shipping. Processing time: 1-3 business days. During this period, your order is validated, the package is prepared, and a tracking number is generated

 Estimated Shipping

Times Once processed, your order will be shipped and typically arrives within: 8-12 business days on average. !! These time frames are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the delivery address, time of year, or customs delays.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days, please contact us. We are committed to investigating the case and, if applicable, will offer an immediate solution or a free reshipment.

Undelivered Packages

 If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond Retroworld Arcade's control (incorrect address, recipient not available, or package refusal), the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs if they wish to receive the order again.
